1. 根据销售规划和目标以及市场、客户需求制定渠道营销计划和客户营销合作方案。

2. 定期对市场营销环境和竞争态势进行信息收集和分析，并有计划的拜访重点渠道、类型客户，了解问题和需求，提出应对建议，落实应对策略。
collect and analyze trade marketing information in the markets; plan to visit key channel customers, justify problems and needs, propose solutions and implement.
3. 负责总部各项营销活动的有效实施，指导和监督区域活动的落地和执行，支持品牌美誉度和客户满意度的提升。
responsible for hq trade marketing events, steer and implement events, support the brand penetration and improvement of customer satisfaction.
4. 跟踪、指导、监控各项活动的执行效率和活动效果；典型方案的分析、总结和分享，推动业务的整体发展。
steer and monitor and implementation of the events, collect feedback; best practice analysis and sharing to boost sales.
任职资格:
professional requirements 专业资质要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，mba优先考虑.
bachelor's degree or above, mba preferred.
2. 至少2年以上市场或销售管理经验.
at least 2 years’ experience in marketing / sales function.
3. 有家电行业或者其他消费品行业从业经验.
familiar with home appliance dustry is preferred, alternatively consumer goods industries, knowledge and experience.
4. 良好的沟通能力，且英语能基本沟通；办公软件熟练使用.
good communication skills, fluent in english, good ms offices skills.
5. 积极向上并且结果导向.
