-Deliver full life-cycle recruiting to Thyssenkrupp Steering Changzhou.-Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business priorities and determine job descriptions.-Identify qualified potential candidates on timely business.-Manager internal recruiting tools and external channels to quickly build and maintain talent pipelines.-Properly manage the interview process.-May act as a liaison between the hiring manager, human resource business partner on expected outcomes and results.职位要求:-Bachelor degree or above.-At least 2 years' of working experience as a Sourcer or Talent Researcher.-Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques.-Proficient in MS office and applicant tracking systems.-Fluent English in both written and spoken.-Excellent communication and time management skills.
