Main responsibilities/主要职责和工作内容:1.负责优化各岗位KPI,组织实施公司的绩效考核工作,协助制定并完善公司绩效管理制度,不断优化绩效管理流程,2.跟踪绩效考核实施过程,协助各部门经理实施员工绩效改进计划;3.与员工和部门经理保持紧密沟通,及时了解他们的需求和想法;根据需要及要求设计、实施相关项目、方案和其他增进员工关系的活动4.制定和实施员工沟通计划,包括内部沟通、社交媒体、文章等,提升公司正面的企业形象;5.协助创建符合公司文化、价值观的和谐的工作氛围和健康的劳动用工关系;6.公司委派的其他任务。1.Responsible for optimizing KPI of each position, organizing and implementing performance appraisal, assist to formulate and improve the performance management system, and continuously optimize the performance management process 2.Follow up and track performance appraisal result, provide consultation and assistance for people issues, such as facilitate in PIP, etc.3.Connect with employees and business managers closely and understand their needs and concerns; design, facilitate related project, event and other employee relations initiatives as needed/directed.4.Developing and implementing communications programs and messages including internal and external presentations, social media posts, newsletters, articles and web content to deliver corporate image;5.Assist to build harmonious working environment which is in alignment with company culture and values and ensure the safety and health of labor relations.6.Other tasks assigned the company..Requirements/任职资格:1.本科学历,人事或财务相关专业优先;2.3-5年绩效计算/数据分析相关工作经验,熟悉各类绩效考核工具,制造业背景工作经验为佳;3.良好的人际沟通和协调能力,具备数据敏感度;4.良好的办公软件操作能力,特别针对是Excel方面;5.积极主动,良好的问题解决能力和团队合作;6.结果导向。1.Bachelor degree, HR or Finance related major would be preferred; 2.3-5 years working experience in performance calculation/data analyzing, familiar with various performance appraisal tools; Manufacturing background would be preferred;3.Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and be sensitive with figures;4.Excellent PC skills especially in Excel ; 5.Strong initiative, problem solving and team work;6.Result oriented. 职能类别:HRBP 关键字:HRBP绩效招聘
