工作职责:Main Purpose and Job ScopeThe role contributes to Starbucks success by effectively developing and leading spend category sourcing strategies, effectively managing suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance for IT cateogories. Consistently delivers measurable and strategic goals to enable a competitive advantage to bottom-line and top-line company growth, and corporate social responsibility leadership. Collaborates effectively internally and with suppliers. Develops effective multi-year sourcing strategies to enable success.Key AccountabilitiesResponsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Sourcing Strategy:◆Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective 1-3 years sourcing strategies to enable success◆Consistently deliver measurable and strategic goals to enable a competitive advantage to bottom-line and top-line company growthSupplier Engagement and Management:◆Employ strong knowledge of key local industry players and market dynamics.◆Develop new effective business and professional relationships with strategic suppliers and industry players◆Professionally manage and measure suppliers for continuous performance and improvementCross-Functional Projects:◆Effectively manage multiple purchasing needs and deadlines◆Independently solve problems and make decisions for primary and strategic execution and tactical issues within the relevant portfolio of projects and or processes.◆Provide day to day oversight about spend category procurement process and perform a hands-on execution as well as process refinement role.Cost Reduction and Process Optimization:◆Drive cost reduction by market visit and spending optimization through daily exeuction.Leadership and Teamwork:◆Lead cross functional teams to develop sourcing strategy and resolve supply issue.◆Operate within peer group and leadership infrastructure to ensure that best practice and leverage opportunities任职资格:RequirementsSummary of Experience◆3Y IT procurement experience◆5Y Indirect sourcing experience in MNC company◆Bachlor degree or above◆Sense of compliance 能熟练使用马蜂盯标进行招标采购类信息查询
