What are my responsibilities? -    Shift arrangement and attendance handling, production flow control, , ensure the production line run smoothly and complete the task in time班次安排和考勤处理，生产流程控制，确保生产线正常运行，按时完成任务-    Monitor and feedback the production document (technology card, working instruction…); production data (setup time, run time, work order…) and production status (raw material, open order, missing parts) to segment leader in time.监控并反馈生产文件(工艺卡、作业指导书等);生产数据(开机时间，运行时间，工单…)和生产状态(原材料，订单，缺件)及时提供给部门经理-    Improvement of production line with methods and tools like: Lean production, VSM, Material management, Process optimization and Standardized working 运用精益生产、价值流图、物料管理、流程优化和标准化作业等方法和工具进行生产改进-    Statistic and analysis the quality, machine/labor utilization and output of production line 统计和分析生产线的质量、设备/人员利用率和产量-    Support the digitalization transformation of the production. Conduct the CIP with digital tools and methods.支持生产数字化转型。使用数字工具和方法进行持续改进-    Troubleshooting of PCB/ module production problem and equipment problem with the related engineer. 与相关工程师一起解决PCB/模块生产和设备问题-    Coach operator for production related know-how and regulation, quality guideline, implement CIP and 3i, 5S and standardized work. Promote multi-skill operator/maintenance program.指导操作工生产相关的知识、规程和质量准则，实施CIP和3i, 5S和标准化工作。推广多技能操作员/维护员计划-    ISO9001 and ISO14001 audit supporting, keep all the relevant instructions and quality records valid. 支持ISO9001和ISO14001审核，保持所有相关指示和质量记录的有效性-    Take the management responsibility about EHS within responsible area. Ensure zero accident of safety production.承担所负责区域内EHS的管理职责。确保零事故，安全生产。-    Other assignments arranged by segment leader according to business needs部门经理根据业务需要安排的其他工作。What do I need to qualify for this job?·         College or above degree, major in electronics engineering or Industrial automation is preferred大专及以上学历，电子工程或工业自动化专业优先。·         2~3 years production management related working experience2~3年生产管理相关工作经验。·         Lean production and digitalization knowhow and working experience is preferred有精益生产和数字化知识和工作经验者优先。·         Good influence, communication and collaboration skill良好的影响力、沟通和协作能力。·         Good learning ability, can adopt new things quickly, out of box thinking良好的学习能力，能快速适应新事物，打破常规思维。·         Strong logical analysis and problem-solving competence较强的逻辑分析和解决问题的能力。·         Fluent English in oral, read and written流利的英语听说读写能力。·         Good presentation and moderation skill 良好的表达和协调能力。·         Basic experience and background of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001具备ISO9001, ISO14001和OHSAS18001的基本经验和背景 职能类别：生产主管
