岗位职责/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
收集并分析新项目客户规格参数、草图、模型，并做可行性分析。。
Collect and analyze new program customer specifications, sketches, models and do the feasibility study.
按照客户的要求设计产品3D。
Design the product 3D according to customers requirements.
协助技术经理提出产品改善方案。
Assist Technicial Manager to put forward the product improvement scheme.
协助项目经理与客户沟通产品设计具体细节。
Assist Project Manager to communicate with customer about the product design details.
遵守环境方针以及质量和环境管理系统的相关要求。遵守工作场所安全和健康政策及相关指示。
Complies with the environmental policy and applicable quality and environmental management systems instructions. Comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions.
执行设计主管和技术经理指定的其他任务。
Other duties as assigned.
应具备的胜任力/COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Ⅰ. 知识和技能/KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL
对 CAD,CATIA V5,UG的熟练使用，能够使用PC- Work, Excel, Power Point等。
Experienced in CAD, CATIA V5, UG design tools. Able to use a PC- （Work, Excel, Power Point, etc.）
具有收集处理信息的能力并能从有限的选择里做出决定。
Possess the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices.
有塑胶产品设计能力。
Plastic products design ability.
基本的注塑模具知识。
Basic injection mold knowledge.
Ⅱ. 学历要求/EDUCATION:
大学本科, 工程机械制图专业。
Degree in Engineering Graphics.
Ⅲ. 工作经验/EXPERIENCE:
具有3年以上汽车行业塑料件设计工作经验。
3 years plastic design experience in auto industry.
