Mainly Responsible
-Define the organization the Organization Unit to fit the business Model
-Develop and train the team to fit the business Model
-Training and Reception Machine at Suppliers with the Manufacturing Team
-Know-How Transfer from the European Team to the Organization Unit Team
-Work with Project Team to bring all projects to Serie Production and follow up the AEMA after
-Ensure the right Quality of the delivered products
-Ensure the delivery of Products on time to the customers
-First Interface to customer (Logistic and Quality)
-Continuous Improvement and Implementation of tkPS to manage our costs
-TOP 10 and Commitment Strategy Follow Up
-Tasks Organization and Priorities Settings
-Implement the OPL Strategy and work on respecting the determined KPI
-Implement the company policies
-Takes the responsibility for the implementation, compliance and performance of the processes related to operation for the PPMS (Presta Process Management Process) as it is defined in the internal document MAG-03832
Requirements
-At least Bachelor degree in Engineering
-At least 10 years related experiences in automotive industry
-Familiar with IATF16949 and related system
-Good ability for team management
-English / German as a plus will be really appreciated
