要求，至少3年以上系统相关工作经验，如果仅有3年helpdeskL1不涉及系统等不合适哦~资深水平，能独立处理解决终端问题。
需要外企/合资/大型公司工作背景，英语可以作为工作语言（每周都会有使用，team内开会有国外同事），support过APAC更佳（非必须）
base上海市黄浦区淮海中路瑞安广场（地铁1号线黄坡南路站90米）
工作时间965，不加班，除非常项目情况，半年最多一次
团队文化比较casual，family，经常有公司层面的outing等~
面试2轮，1轮香港Line，2轮总部IT。
薪资预算税前15-20K*12，薪资结构base*12，具体根据能力过往经验背景等面试后评定。
目前Global暂无HC，前提通过FESCO Adecco（外企德科）签订劳动合同，后续1年后Review人员稳定工作能力优秀，用人表示会进行相应的GlobalHC审批转内。
入职正常全额缴纳上海五险一金，补充医疗保险。试用期薪资不打折。

Position Summary
