职责描述： 1.至少4年及以上初高中全职教学经验 At least 4 years or above full-time teaching experience in Junior/Senior high school 2.本科或以上学历，与所应聘科目对应或相关的专业背景 Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Chinese, Maths, Science, Humanities or related subject area; 3.持有初、高中教师资格证，热爱教师工作，熟悉中学课程设置，（语文教师须持普通话二甲及以上证书） Junior/Senior high school teaching certificate 4.重视学生素质和学习能力的培养，擅长与学生沟通交流，能因材施教 Care for students, pay attention to students’ character and learning needs, good communication with students, and cater for individual differences 5.具有开放的思维、创新的精神、强烈的求知欲、优秀的团队合作精神，责任心强 Open-minded, innovative spirit, strong desire to learn, excellent team player, strong sense of responsibility 如有以下条件可优先录用 Preferred 1.获得过区级、县级以上教坛新秀、优秀教师等荣誉称号，教育业绩突出者 Have the district-level, county-level honorary title such as Beginning Teacher, Prominent Teacher, or one with prominent teaching performance 2.有国际学校教学经验，英语流利 Work experience in an international school, fluent in English 3.能兼班主任 Can be homeroom teacher 4.有寄宿制学校的经验为佳 In boarding school is a plus
