I. Job Description
1. Coordinate supplier inspection and arrange/conduct source inspection at suppliers, He/she will support needs of oversea site works.
2. Conduct/ witness or assist material shop inspection, laboratory testing, or nondestructive testing
3. Review specifications/drawings and associate process/testing records
4. Conduct or assist material relevant audit at supplier’s facility for purposes including supplier qualification, periodical evaluation, resolution for nonconformities, etc.
5. Conduct or assist supplier’s performance evaluation at designated interval
6. Ensure fulfillment of requirements and specifications.
6. Collect, maintain, and update goods related standards, inter-customer specification and internal training materials, keep goods inspection related procedure/instruction/SOF updated to the latest applicable requirements
7. Offer trainings to Supplier`s QC inspectors on subjects including: material basics, processing and testing techniques, internal/external findings and corrective actions, etc.
8. Assist or lead quality control program when necessary
9. Conduct supplier process audit, assist inter-customer on audit/qualification when necessary
