杭州惠灵顿校区现招聘一位幼儿园助教老师 ，立即到岗。
工作职责：在杭州市萧山区惠立幼儿园任职，负责辅助中外班级教师的教学，参与创新型教学项目发展，做好日常学生信息记录，家校沟通，爱护并陪伴本班孩子健康成长。详细工作职责，请见下方英文介绍。
工作时间：7：30-16：30，周一到周五
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上，英文流利
2. 有1-3年教学经验者，海外经验者优先
3. 认真负责，有耐心，爱孩子

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROGRAM AND PRACTICE
？ Contribute to a program underpinned by an image of a strong and capable child.
？ Assist teachers in setting up a classroom program that fosters independence, inquiry and learning progression.
？ Demonstrate an interest and ability in using the Early Years Foundation Stage EYFS to guide practice.
？ Support teachers with documentation via learning stories, reflective journals, transcribing pupil’s work, observations and narratives.
？ Support the class team by contributing to reflective sessions.
？ Use technology with children as a tool for learning, organising ideas and sharing with the wider community.
？ Take advantage of serendipitous happenings and be flexible enough to extend learning at these times.
