Position: SQE for PCBA SMT

Major Responsibilities:

? Responsible for developing and managing the Local Supplier Quality, assess supplier capabilities to meet product, quality, capacity and fulfillment ensuring suppliers are able to meet requirements for drawing, specification, performance, quality and samples delivery

? Support Global Program Launches and assist issues with current production.

? Ensure Supplier Product Development Process (SPDP) is executed to achieve flawless product launches and develop the supply base to a zero defects capability,

? Ensure APQP process is well implemented and proficient in the tasks required in SPDP

? Drive and support MAPP (Manufacturability and Process Plan) review with supplier and Engineer, Work with Engineering to strengthen Supplier Quality and Engineering relations and work practices

? Implement Client’s Initiatives supporting the supply base

? Maintain communication network globally

? Support Various customer project implementation

? Coordinate Supplier Quality activities with cross function team, drive improvements, monitor supplier performance in Early production containment (EPC) and successfully handover to QE/SQE

Experience:

? Be at least 5 working experience at electronic industry, prefer to have the experience as role for product engineer, manufacturing engineer, or supplier quality engineer.

? Understanding process of PCBA, such as SMT, soldering and ICT
