Main responsibilities/主要职责和工作内容:

1. 制作样件，核对资料，解决缝制技术难题，跟进首包，完成品质改善进展；

2. 根据组上员工技能评估该技术的难易程度，进行技术指导；

3. 配合组长安排生产流水，监督产品品质，挑选船样，回修跟进，挑好给到跟单、QA；

4. 产前3P机台的准备工作，优化流水线；

5. 每周二、四、六给员工进行品质分析，讲解改善；

6. 公司委派的其他任务。

Requirements/任职资格：

1. 性别不限，身心健康，初中以上学历；

2. 三年以上服装行业经验，熟悉服装制作生产的工艺流程；

3. 具有较强的沟通协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力。
