职位描述 1、负责菜鸟物流科技产品的欧洲区域的解决方案，物流科技产品包括分拨自动化、仓储自动化、IOT、自提柜、数字供应链等 2、配合区域销售，负责区域重点客户的解决方案跟进，提供专业的售前和解决方案 3、深入行业，洞察客户需求，以高品质的服务与产品打动客户 4、根据客户需求，协同国内产技团队，完善产品定义，项目全流程管理 5、接受第一年base国外，base地可在荷兰阿姆斯特丹、法国巴黎、西班牙马德里中选择。 1、Responsible for providing solutions for Alibaba's Cainiao Logistics technology products in the European region, including automation, IoT, self-service lockers, and digital supply chain. 2、Coordinate with regional sales teams to follow up on solution requirements for key clients in the region, and provide professional pre-sales and solution support. 3、Deeply understand the industry and gain insights into customer needs, impressing clients with high-quality services and products. Collaborate with domestic production and technology teams to refine product definitions and manage projects throughout the entire process based on customer requirements. 4、The base location can be chosen from Amsterdam, Netherlands; Paris, France; and Madrid, Spain. 职位要求 1、3-5年以上的科技产品/软硬件的售前/方案规划设计经验，物流科技相关产品（分拨自动化、仓储自动化、IOT、自提柜、数字供应链等）经验优先 2、洞察客户需求，快速响应，积极跟进，为结果买单，有提供专业解决方案的能力，有物流行业经验优先 3、必须有优秀的英语口语能力，兼有中文能力优先，兼有欧洲区域小语种能力（如法语、德语、西班牙语等）优先。 4、有优秀的团队协作能力，有owner精神，积极主动，有优秀的沟通能力 1、Minimum 3-5 years of pre-sales/solution experience in technology products/software and hardware, with preference given to experience in logistics technology-related products (such as sorting automation, warehouse automation, IoT, self-service lockers, digital supply chain). 2、Ability to understand customer needs, respond quickly, proactively follow up, take ownership of results, and provide professional solutions, with preference given to candidates with experience in the logistics industry. 3、Excellent oral English skills are a must, with preference given to candidates who are also proficient in Chinese and possess language skills in European languages (such as French, German, Spanish, etc.). 4、Excellent team collaboration skills, proactive and self-motivated with an ownership mindset, and outstanding communication skills.
