Ensure the accuracy of the inventory stock, make logistics standard work, to reduce the logistics downtime to make sure all the logistics related work smooth. • 管理货物进出仓库和生产线货物的配送，管理账务工作，确保物流活动有序展开，确保库位存储准确率，库存准确率，制定物流标准化作业，减少物流停机率，以满足厂内正常的生产运行。 • Realize FIFO principle. • 制定先进先出管理规则，确保先进先出落实到位。 • Deal with the complaints from customer, to provide 8D report to customer, to make sure all the actions can be realized immediately. • 处理应对客户抱怨，提供8D报告，确保相关的行动措施落实到位。 • Manage the blue collar employee, to audit their performance, to analyze the employees’ advantage and disadvantage, train them to make sure each one has back up. • 管理一线员工，审查员工表现并提供培训，梳理一线员工能力矩阵，培养一线员工，实现一人多岗。 • 完成上级安排的其他工作。 • Complete other tasks assigned by Manager. •
