i.description of the position
根据医院发展需要面向全球公开招聘药物临床试验机构办公室（以下简称gcp办公室）主任1人
in line with the hospital's development needs, we are now globally recruiting one director for the office of drug clinical trials institution (referred to as gcp office).
全面负责gcp办公室工作
the director will be fully responsible for managing the daily operations of the gcp office.
2任职条件
ii. requirements and eligibility criteria
（一）年龄不超过50岁，博士学位、正高级职称。
（二）具有临床药学或临床医学相关专业背景。
（三）熟悉国家药物临床试验有关政策法规和行业要求，在相关领域工作五年以上，具有gcp机构管理经验者优先。
（四）身心健康，德才兼备；具有高度的责任感，强烈的事业心和开拓创新意识；具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神和管理协调能力。
1. not exceeding 50 years old, with a phd or md degree and a senior professional title.
2. educational background in the field of clinical pharmacy, pharmacy and clinical medicine etc.
3. familiar with national policies and regulations on the field of drug clinical trials, preferably candidate with over five years working experience in the field, especially in the management of gcp office.
4. physically and mentally healthy, with a combination of integrity and talent, responsibility and innovation. good communication skills, team work spirit and management coordination ability are required.
