Location: Shanghai
Scope of works:
Primary review of contract upon Legal Counsels’ guidance;
Do basic legal research, documents preparation, database updates as requested by Legal Counsels;
Follow up admin related jobs, such as to submit applications in internal system, arrange courier;
Other tasks assigned by Legal Counsels depending on cases.
Requirements：
major in law
must be diligent, motivated and committed
good at communication in both Chinese and English, orally or in written.
Can work minimum 3 days a week, minimum 6 months preferred
